What to Expect
When you reach out, we’ll first gather all the necessary information to review your pet’s specific needs. If your situation is appropriate for a house call, we’ll schedule an appointment at a time that’s convenient for you. You’ll receive a time window for our arrival. During the visit, the doctor will:
-
Discuss your pet’s needs in detail.
-
Conduct a thorough physical exam.
-
Provide treatments and recommendations as needed.
Following the visit, you’ll receive a detailed discharge email with suggestions and a treatment plan for reference. Your initial visit also includes one follow-up email correspondence to answer any questions or clarify recommendations.

ONGOING CARE AND CONSULTATIONS
Once a valid relationship has been established (through an in-home visit, valid for one year), clients can also request verbal consultations for minor issues. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an in-home visit is later deemed necessary, the consultation fee will be applied to the visit, provided it occurs within seven days.
Referrals to Full-Service Hospitals
In some cases, the doctor may recommend care that requires a full-service hospital. Please note that clients remain responsible for the cost of in-home visits or verbal consultations, even when a referral is made.
